      TO DO INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY, THE PROTECTION AGAINST
      RACIAL HARASSMENT AND VILIFICATION NOW & FOR FUTURE AUSTRALIANS            

    
      Racism-Racial harassment and vilification in varying degrees exists in most human beings                                                                                                                                                                                  

      of most races s cultures expressed or not expressed, hidden or suppressed that each of us needs
      to conquer — control otherwise the worst and ugly side can manifest itself at times in a hurtful
      Hateful manner resulting in insults and humiliation of a person or a group of people.
    
      What happened to JEREMY FERNANDEZ AND OTHER INCIDENTS is why society must
      know these Laws exist making for a Respectful and Accepting society not open to abuse at a whim
      of a stupid selfish inconsiderate tirade of malicious and vicious words.
    
      That is also why we need to remind ourselves “TO WALK IN THE OTHERS SHOES”
      That is why THE ACTS must not be diminished in the protection against racial harassment and
      Vilification.
  
      Someone once said i can accept that you may not love me or that you may not like me but i do
      expect that you treat me as an equal child of God and that no Race or Faith is better than another.

       When does the used by date of acceptance and respect of each other start ( i don’t want you to
        tolerate me i want you to accept me) especially by those who would think and express superiority
        through racial harassment and vilification.

       These laws should serve as a reminder to all as part of a code of conduct as with all our laws as
       good law abiding citizens supported by the Leaders and Elders of all Communities, no different
       to the proposed King Hit law, so to the Racial Laws to stop Vicious, Malicious and Vilification
       Racist verbal bully King Hit against another human being.

      This for some will not be understood unless they Feel while Walking In The Others Shoes,
      feeling the hurt and the hate of THE RACIST WORDS.

      Let us remember it is only a short walk from nationalism to fanaticism eg A la  the Hansonite
      movement. They might only be words but to those on the receiving end they can cut to the Soul
       Of Human Dignity that is Anathema to goodness and mercy.

      Let us Replace ignorance with an informed and educated society to transcend the racial divide for
     the greater good of this our beloved Country, The Sacred  Land Of The Dreamtime of The Noble
     Aboriginal Native Australian.
     Because of Gods gift to us all we can enjoy and love many things and people all in this same time
      and space.
